Using crystals to enhance your breathwork

Using the 4~7~8 breathing method

Get comfortable. Sit in a relaxed position with your crystal breathwork beads or breathing bracelet in hand. Take a moment to connect with their energy.

Breathe in slowly through your nose for a count of 4 seconds, drawing in air while focusing on the energy of the crystals.

Hold your breath for 7 seconds, visualising the crystals’ energy supporting your stillness and peace.

Exhale slowly through your mouth for 8 seconds, releasing tension and allowing the crystals’ energy to help you let go.

Repeat the cycle as needed, deepening your breath with each cycle and connecting with the crystals’ energy.

End the practice with a final deep breath, expressing gratitude for the crystals’ support.

Hold your breath for 4 seconds, letting that peaceful energy settle and steady your mind.


Exhale gently through your mouth for 4 seconds, releasing any tension and visualising the crystals helping you let go.
Repeat the cycle as needed, deepening your sense of calm with each round.

End the practice with one final deep breath, and take a quiet moment to thank your crystals for their grounding support.
