Four 6mm beads (inhale for 4 seconds)
Seven 8mm beads (hold for 7 seconds)
Eight 6mm beads (exhale for 8 seconds)
Due to the nature of this design, they are one size only (approx 7 inches, our standard medium size). If you’d like me to create this another size, it will alter the design, but feel free to message me to discuss. The bracelets are made with a top quality jewellers elastic and are pre-stretched. This prevents them going ‘baggy’ over time.
