These frosted green aventurine breath work beads double up as a keyring and bag charm, making them a perfect portable meditation aid to carry with you. This particular set is made for the 4–7–8 counted breathing method.

Featuring 6mm and 8mm frosted green aventurine beads with your choice of accents (Gold pictured, silver, rose gold, gold or black). The length of the beads is 10 inches when un-clipped, approximately 5 inches when clipped up as the keyring or bag charm. The lobster clasp can easily be removed if you don’t want to use these as a key ring or bag charm.
As a reiki practitioner, I cleanse each crystal bead with palo santo smoke to clear any lingering energies and infuse it with reiki energy to support emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. This process enhances the natural properties of the crystal, promoting balance and positive energy.
